Veniard Ltd. is a world-famous fly tying brand that needs no introduction to fly tyers in the whole Europe. Its history dates back to 1923, over 100 years ago. It was then that Mr. Ernest and Frank Veniard began producing and supplying the highest quality fly tying materials for fishing flies.

In the 1930s, the Veniard brothers published the first Fly Tying catalogue, which of course included the brand's fly tying materials. Already at the beginning of World War II, they had a reputation as a supplier of the highest quality materials for tying flies. The most important part of the Veniards assortment was hackles and furs, natural and dyed colours.

In the post-war years, the company developed rapidly, adding products from outside Great Britain (synthetics, hooks and fly tying tools) to its offer.
