Withdraw from a distance contract
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us (address below) within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract - the Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the Goods.
The Consumer's statement must unequivocally express his will to withdraw from the contract; in particular the Consumer may:
- Use the Electronic return form available on the website of the Online Shop: https://kn-baitsandflies.com/returns-open.php . The Seller shall immediately confirm on a durable medium the fact of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract submitted through the above mentioned form;
- Withdraw from the contract using the withdrawal form, which is Attachment No. 2 - by sending it to the address of the Seller’s registered office;
